Who we are

Campaigner Academy delivers high-quality, affordable political training for campaigners of all levels.

We try and strike a balance between being commercial and socially responsible. This means we keep our prices low and try and deliver our services in ways that will be most convenient to customers.

Group discounts

Unfortunately not. We try to keep our ticket prices low and ensure everyone pays the same amount.

If you want to save money further then please look out for our occasional promotional discount codes.

Dress code

There is no dress code whatsoever for our events. You come in your best pressed suit or just roll-up in jeans and a t-shirt, we really don’t mind. Our emphasis is on being friendly and inclusive.

Payment method

For convenience and added security we use PayPal Checkout to process payments. PayPal is an experienced payment processing service that is fast, secure and offers a versatile range of payment options. You can find out more about PayPal on their website: www.paypal.co.uk

Sorry, but we do not take bookings over the phone, via cheque or at the door.

Payment problems

In the highly unlikely situation that your computer or the PayPal system crashes while you are trying to make a booking you should receive an error message stating that your transaction did not go throught.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email from PayPal, try making the requested changes and processing your payment again.

Refund policy

If you decide to cancel or not to show up on the day then we reserve the right to keep part or all of your ticket money because it costs us money to hire venues, speakers and produce course packs. For full details of our cancellations policy, please see the Terms and Conditions section on our website.

A refund can take a few business days to process before it appears in your bank account. If we’ve already received the money from PayPal then we’ll have to process any refunds for that event offline by sending you a cheque or making a bank transfer.
